Poor information

I want to cancell the contract at the expiring date and phoned the call centre 30 days (24.10.2016) before the contract expire to inform them I want to go op pay as you go in the future, they informed me I do not need to worry it wil automattically go on as pay as you go. I did not feel it is correct and visit the branch in Jacaranda centre on 15.11.2016, the lady informed me I do not need to give a 30 day notice I can come in around the 20th to cancell the contract as they work bacwards. On the 21st I was at the Brooklyn centre and went to MTN only to be informed I have to complete a form and wait 30 days for the contract to be cancelled. I went back to Jacaranda centre to ask why did they told me I do not have to do a 30 day notice. The gentleman told me I only pay for the service for November in December. I had no choise and signed the form to be informed the last payment will be December. On 2 December airtime and sms service was loaded onto my phone. I went there again 05.12.2016, they informed me I cancelled after the month loading and I will receive airtime and pay for it in December, now I do not understand if the service work you receive the airtime and pay the next month does that mean i will pay for December in January or do this mean the last payment is December. This does not make sence to me and I feel they are very incompotant to assist clients and as my husband again ask for proof the contract was cancelled, the lady got frustrated with us and told the gentleman to give us proof again. The tone she used is not the way to speak to clients.
