Poor follow up and no problem solving

So, I have wrote my whole bad experience on hello peter over the weekend. MTN phoned me on Monday to resolve my complaint that has been going on since MARCH! The person at the complaints department promised me that it will be resolved this time and that he WILL phone me back on MONDAY to say that he reversed my faulty package. It is Thursday today... nothing has been done, no one has called me. Empty promises...
