poor

i got a call from MTN offering me a data sim of 40G for R299 then i agreed, it was Mid-July, They delivered the sim card and i gave them my ID copy and proof of residence, when i try to connect to my router then my data was not activated, i called them and they told me its RICA problem and they will sort it out even today no one is willing to assist me, When i try to cancel and i cant go through to cancellation department as no one is answering,i am frustrated by MTN service,Really its very very poor,Now they know how to send me statement saying they will deduco on the 25th, With no service? This is bull****, No one is going to debit on my account,PLEASE CANCEL THIS USELESS SERVICE, i dont want it anymore....
