Poor experience with no update !! Bad Company!

I have had a bad and unprofessional experience with MTN twice!!! At some point it’s not a particular person problem it’s the company and how they operate !

I opened. Contract with MTN last week and only had a SIM card delivered to me when o asked the telesales lady who assisted me when will the device arrive she assured me latest Friday or Monday ! Nothing ever since ! I’ve tried calling and getting to her again but she keeps telling people she’s busy ?! And never gets back to me but was able to on the day of us making this contract ! Her name is Nakita Maharaj I think.

No delivery and all the people o have gotten to are brave enough to tell me there’s no stock when o ask for an ETA no one responds ! No communication from MTN nothing ! No Updates and a telesales lady that can’t call or give me good customer service by updating me !

I’ve had a contract with Telkom and their service was excellent got my phone on the day I made the contract
