Poor experience with MTN SA

I've had such a terrible experience with MTN SA, the customer service is extremely poor. For months I have been trying to cancel my contract, I get cancellation amounts. Once paid, there's always a story and I'm taken from pillar to post. The money I pay just simply goes down the drain. I'm extremely tired of dealing with this company. I am de*****ed, tell me how my money is not tracked?! I want my money but I'm told stories. MTN do sometime coz this level of service is frustrating.
