Poor disgusting service

I have upgraded my contracted on 31 August 2021. Since the, I have beenwaiting for the device to be delivered. Consultant does not reply to emails nor returns calls. At the time of upgrade, stock of the device was confirmed. The consultant was very efficient when it cane to me signing the upgrade comtract, but once that was done, she couldn't care less that i am without a device. Absolute disgraceful service! As of today, 15 days later I am still waiting ona device.
