Poor Delivery Service
After a couple of weeks and empty promises, I am still waiting on delivery (Stock) for my upgrade package. With no answer on delivery date there is still no ETA after 4 weeks. I have escalated it to MTN customer care and they acknowledge the complaint with the comment: \ Contact the branch\" and still no answer on any availability and yet they keep advertising the same special in the December, January and February."
