Poor Delivery of Products Purchased

They send me a message my parcel is out to delivery on WhatsApp at 08:30 in the morning. To ensure I dont miss them i do not go to work and stay at home telling my company i will be in as soon as I receive my parcel. It is now 16:45 and no communication, no tracking function no replies to the RTT communication group I was sent to! This is extremely unprofessional and absolutely pathetic service! I get message 30 minutes after complaining saying and I quote " Unfortunately it’s taking a little longer than usual to reply your question. We will get back to you as soon as we can" . @MTN sales, please do not use this company for deliveries anymore.
