Poor Custoomer services

trying to upgrade my contract, with mtn for 20 yrs now. went to 3 stores and they unable to assist. calling head office and told to go back to stores.

called retention. new sales, direct sales but no assistance for over a week now.

I am told there are 3 different systems at mtn and i am on the old system which no one can access.

really disappointed to be given the run around
