Poor customer treatments on Black friday deal

Poor service and customer treatments from MTN. I did a black friday update on monday 23 November, then on 25 November they add a watch to the same deal , i told them i want the new deal as i have not received the phone that i ordered. Surely they can add the watch but agent says if i want i can cancel and move to vodacom. Appalled
