Poor customer treatment

I signed contract with them I gave all contact details but they are sending my statements and invoices to the wrong email address. I went to the mtn shop to update my email adress, but they still sending my information to the adress that I don't know. That means they are selling my personal information to someone that I don't know. I can't trust them anymore. Another one, I bought 10 gb of data 5gb anytime and 5gb night data, in less than 1 hour the anytime data was half I don't know where it went that fast. So I think they are ****ming me here. I think I will cancel before the end of the term.
