Poor customer services and dishonest

Actually MTN deserves zero stars I have been with them for 15 years and had 6 contracts yearly I have moved over to Telkom - excellent service and best value for money I upgraded 3 contracts with MTN on the 5/12/2023 They approved it and gave me a reference number. Suddenly on the 27/1 zeroed all my data And suddenly I have no contracts No warning No email No communication Pathetic On enquiry they claim discrepancy with contracts Actually- they cant honour what they promised me . Pathetic indeed
