Poor Customer Services

I purchased a phone at an American Swiss shop at Parow Centre the beginning of September, I only used the phone for two weeks and it went off, which I would like to believe it's a technical fault. I took the phone the back to American Swiss Parow Centre on the 14th of September for repairs as I believed the 7 day period had lapsed. I waited and there was no response from either American Swiss side or MTN to inform me about the progress. I sent my wife to do a follow up several times in the shop and she was being told that the phone has been sent for reapirs and she must give it twoo weeks every time she went to inquire.

I started losing patience and I personally made a follow up on the 14th of September and went to American Swiss Shop. They phoned MTN and I spoke to Mahle and I was shocked when I was told that the phone was only sent for repairs on the 10th of October and I was shocked as this showed me that someone somewhere wasn't doing his/her job. I stayed with phone less than the time it have been for repairs.

I suggested that if they can't repair myphone as I can't trust it now let me be given an option to buy another phone even if it means top up some money and buy a better phone or get a refund. My request was turned down as as they claimed that it had some scratches, I asked why wasn't it written on the return forms and only mentioning it now. Who can scratch a phone in less than two weeks.

I am actually disapointed by this kind of service as it seems like no one cares about the value for money. I spoke Sorita one of the call centre agency and she has an attitude. IMI# ********** ********** 6.
