POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST NETWORK.

i had a contract with them, paid it up and cancelled it but they never asked if i want to keep the insurance for my phone or not, months later i get calls from CSS attorneys saying i owe MTN, I paid the amount its been a month now sending emails requesting for my paid up letter and my name to be cleared but no assistance.
