Poor customer service - unable to resolve slow data connection for days

I have complained multiple times in the last 4 days to MTN about my slow 5G data connection. Each time the MTN consultant has confirmed there is a problem with the MTN tower in my area, yet the issue has not been resolved after 4 days! None of the MTN consultants have bothered to call me back with an ETA to resolve, despite my request to do so. Really poor customer service from MTN.
