Poor customer service they are so quick to debit but if you Cancell they are just ******** to Cancell the debit orders. The biggest mistake I ever make.

I had a 24 months data contract with mtn and it expired I also called them to tell them that I don't want to renew the contract but it's been 2months now they still busy deducting on my bank account. I will never ever make a contract agreement with MTN ever again. And I'm going to continue disputing their debit order.
