I am so disappointed with MTN. I got a call from the sales agent Yanga who was offering me products. I chose the product I wanted and was approved. Toll today I haven't received the product but my account is debited every month. Now MTN says I am in arrears. I went to MTN at sandton city next to dischem but they were not helpful at all,, their customer service skills are so poor and disgusting. I tried calling multiple times with no assistance. Today I called again to have my account cancelled and spoke to Mxolisi Dlamini from sales, what a rude young man. MTN you take a cup of poor CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, I am proud of you. Please cancel my order and stop debiting me for what I dont have.
