Poor customer service paid no data

Mtn has the worst customer service we’ve had a month to month contract unlimited data with Wi-Fi but having your data allocated is the worst experience of my life paid but you get put through spent more than 5 hours on calls to customer service get put through from one department to another and still get cut off asked what will happen to the money paid already they can’t give answers to that they should employ intelligent people and not call them “service champions” they are the worst.
