Poor customer service on refunds and complaints

I app**** for the prepaid router for the amount of R250 a month, paid for it and it was never delivered on few occasions, until I decided to cancel the sale. Despite having sent several emails, make various phone calls and even complained on their twitter account, noone has ever called to notify me of the action to be taken ; for me to get my refund. I am glad that i didn't continue with the process. They are not a good company to deal with
