Poor customer service, no communication 😢

I have experience a very bad service , i bought a phone and it had a problem i returned it back, they promise to repair it but i was never contacted instead they crashed my phone without notifying me. I'm very disappointed i feel i was not treated as a customer. Please assist because I'm ready to take this to all social media platforms if not getting assistance
