Poor customer service MTN/summermobile

I lodges a complaint on here a week ago regarding the poor service MTN/Summermobile had afforded me. I was promised that my requests will be seen too by the supervisor at summermobile and still nothing. I called summermobile yesterday and they said theyll call back and that too didnt happen.
