Poor Customer Service MTN EASTRAND MALL

I received bad customer service at mtn eastrand mall.. I went to check today if my device (myfi) was back from repairs. I handed in the device at mtn eastrand mall on the 20th of November 2021 for repairs. I contacted the consumer sales on the 1 December 2021 and somebody was suppose to phone me back... Which nobody did. Never the less today I went today to mtn eastrand mall to check if they received it... The consultant 3rd lady response "Please phone the repairs for update on your device" I phone at 12:30(home) eastrand mall already received it on the 8th of December 21😡really... I must drive back... What happened to go the extra mile for your customers?
