Poor Customer Service - MTN Direct

I have upgraded from a Sumsung Note 4 to Sumsung S7 end of in September 2016. I order the phone through MTN direct and it took ages( 6 weeks) to have the phone delivered to me.

The phone was delivered but in less than 6 weeks it started gicing me a blank screen which seemed like a factory fault as the phone never fell or had contact with water. I immediately booked the phone in with the Midrand repair Centrewho conducted an assessment for the phone and confirmed that i qualify for a replacement phone with reference No: ALWIC **********

For the past 4 weeks i have been calling MTN direct to request that a phone be delivered to me and to date that hasnt happened. The sad part is i am still paying for the phone even though it is still with MTN direct.

To mentioned the names the uy by the name of Mncedisi who is under the supervision of Slindile Mdubo/Mdu has been promising to call me back whenever i make a follow-up and that never happenend.

I wanted to escalate this to his manager and me feeling is they areprotecting Mncedisi as whenever i ask for his manager he is never available.

This is the worst service ever and i recommend that MTN hold people accaountable and responsible, especially at a supervisory or managerial level. this is very disgusting.
