Poor customer service MTN Benmore

I went to the MTN store in Benmore on the 12th August 2021. When I walked in, no one came to screen me. I screened myself and then asked who can help me. Some lady said I should come through to her. She started helping me with my problem. As she was busy, another client walked in, the guy(manager I believe), stood up, screened the client. Then the lady that was helping me requested help from the guy, the guy simply ignored the request and helped that other client.

I felt less important and wished I could cancel my contracts there and then.
