Poor customer service- mismanagement

If it were possible I’d give MTN 0 stars!! WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!! In all of COMPANY history!!! Closed an account 18/07/25 paid all monies owing in full, even went to a branch and referred to the app to confirm NO MONIES OWING! I have received numerous calls since then from attorneys telling me MTN has handed my account to them for collection!!!!! Asking for my passport number before they can share the reason why! Only to figure out after 10 calls they are referring to an account number starting with BA 😡 needless to say MTN somehow did not do their part never allocated funds and therefore passed the account over to attorneys!! I am so fed up with MTN in my life I will never deal with them again or Recommend anyone to them!
