Poor customer service from Mtn

I am having a problem with Mtn since last year December 2024 about my Wi-Fi router i send it back to store and to cancel the contract because i didnt have the coverage where im stay till to date i havent receive any help from them. I call every day to make follow up still not winning they always deduct money from my account. Please assist me cause now i dont know what to do anymore
