Poor customer service from MTN. Do not do any business with them

I currently have a contract with MTN 8 months in our contract my device Got ****** I went through the entire insurance claim proccess they assured me I'd have my phone within 3 working days and here we are it's the 06 of Jan 2021 , there is absolutely no communication from when you do call in they can't offer any assistance instead you spend an entire 40mintutes on hold then you have the consultant hang up on you !! I've written countless emails till this day no one has sent out a reply

Long story short walk away from any MTN products
