Poor customer service from MTN

So Mtn called me on the 21st of June 2022 offering me a contract which I then took out with them. My contract was approved and I was not informed. I had to call mtn to confirm if it was approved. Ever since then there has been a major lack of communication which is really very poor customer service. Till today I have not even received communication from their courier service regarding my parcel and it is already 10 working days. Mtn is pathetic
