Poor Customer service from MTN

For over a year I have been receiving statements for someone else's account. I have sent numerous Emails with feedback form Mtn customer service that this will be rectified. Still I am receiving the statements. I do not have any account with MTN and am tired of asking. Previous reference numbers: *** ***
