Poor Customer Service from MTN

On the 26th of July 2017 I called MTN to enquire about getting a SIM card contract for my small business, Ruth-Thimlela Trust. I spoke to Avhashoni Mugudamani. She explained to me the required documents and forms that I need to fill in and send to her. On the 2nd of August 2017, I filled in the forms and e-mailed them to her with the supporting documents. I further called her to check if she received everything and that the forms are filled in correctly. She confirmed that everything has been done correctly. She then informed me that my application will be handled by Noma. On the 7th of August 2017, Avhashoni sent me an e-mail asking me to initial and sign each page of the application form that I submitted. This frustrated me especially because I called to confirm if the forms were filled in correctly. However on the 14th of August I signed and initialed each page and re-submitted. Since then I’ve called and e-mailed Avhashoni to make a follow up on the application progress. She always tells me that the application is with their processing department and she doesn’t know when it will be finalized. On the 1st of September I requested to speak to their manager Mpho Thenga, however I received a same outcome. I made a follow up again on the 19th of September I received the same outcome. On the 13th of September I listed a complain on MTN website, however nothing happened. This is a grossly poor service. Procuring a cellphone contract takes two days or week at most. Now it is almost two months. I need proper feedback from them because I spent time and money to make this application.
