POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MTN

<p>Hi..My name is jennifer Naidu..My cell number is ********** 592.</p> <p>I have cancelled my contract in March 2017 and still getting billed. I called in today as well and the retentions department gave me a reference number : ********** 79.</p> <p>The lady on the line agreed with me that I should not be billed but refunded but all she can do is escalate the query. NOBODY SEEMS TO HAVE ANSWERS TO ANY OF MY QUESTION. If a demand is due to me..then I should be refunded. 2 MONTHS PREVIOUSLY I WAS BILLED 38 TIMES FOR HANDSET FEES. If I did not query it..I would have been billed a substantial amount. There is more grief dealing with MTN..........</p>
