POOR Customer Service from Mpho at MTN East Rand Mall

Sales consultant, Mpho from the East Rand Mall MTN Shop 154, Rietfontein Rd, Jansen Park, Boksburg. My wife visited the above mentioned MTN Shop today to complete a contract application. She received very good service from the sales consultant, Zakithi, over the weekend. She was off today so she asked my wife to speak to Mpho who would assist her. Mpho was rude and patronising. She also failed to explain to my wife certain conditions related to the contract. She continued processing another client's paperwork while assisting my wife. My wife left the store feeling frustrated and threatening to change to another service provider.
