Poor Customer Service

MTN Customer Service 083135, are inexperienced and treats customers like trash. I spoke to the Call Center Consultants who failed to help me with my query and failed give me her Surname. I wanted to cancel my existing contract with MTN thats for upgrade. I asked to speak to the Superior on shift. The consultant just transferred my to retention without transferring me to her supervisor. The name of the consultant is Bulelwa or something related. My call was made on the 06 Dec 2022.
