Poor customer service

Hi I'm Precious Sithole calling to reporting a bad service I received at MTN store in Oval Shopping center Ladysmith 3370, KZN, I was going in to buy momo around 5 o clock.I came into the MTN.I greeted everyone. To my surprise Indian lady called Tayren in the till did not hear me. She scolded me saying that why I didn't greet. I told her that I did.I even mentioned that what she is doing is a bad customer service. She got angry , she was screaming and came around the counter to confront me in my face telling that she is not afraid of me. Telling me that if I have a problem I must report her.she was poking her fingers in my face and banging the equipment in MTN I was very hurt and even thought she was about to fight me. She ended up not selling to me the momo I came to buy. Please open the camera to see what happened I would like to have this matter look into Yours sincerely Precious sithole ***)
