Poor Customer Service

I am dissapointed with MTN'service. ***** has been committed on my account. You are sent from pillar to post to collect documents. Worst of all they suspend all the services. When you call 135 to connect you to ***** Help they say they cant. You call ***** help and they require reference numbers while its a specific number which is linked to the ID Number. You do your best to connect to internet,...the reference number you got from the automatic reply is incorrect. Worst service. Streamline your processes
