POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

So frustrated with MTN man. Very bad service. I put a debit order on my contract for the 1st of the month and they deduct my premium on the 25th and the back keeps rejecting them and giving me a bad credit record. They have failed to sort this out and their staff at the branches have poor customer care skills and very emotional. THIS COMPANY DESERVES A ZERO RATING. POOR SERVICE
