Poor customer service

Hi I have a contract which I paid in full it ending 16/10/24 so I wanted to close it Ive been calling 135 for the past few days and your agents are not helpful,one lady helped me and assisted with a reference no(REQ***)Yesterday I tried 135 again the lady hanged up on me and today I called again they transfered me to legal department and both ladies hanged up on me after waiting almost an hour and now Im running out of patience because If that the way they work its very poor
