Poor customer service by Mtn consultant

I have visited the MTN store next to Woolworths this past Wednesday to get assistance with a cancelation of a contract. The service offered and the tone in which I was acknowledged was of utmost disrespect by the young lady. She refused to assist with my cancelation by calling up customer care. Her response was go home and call from your Mtn number. This is the first time I experienced such poor service from this branch. The young lady Elisha is the face of mtn however she lacks customer services. Dissatisfied client, would never deal with the branch in future.
