Poor Customer service by MTN

<p>I have experienced a poor service at MTN, during the month of May I have called customer service line to upgrade with a Dell Inspiron laptop, they told me that it is out of stock and I must check with stores around polokwane, well I called all MTN stores and they did not have that laptop, then I called their customer service at head office and I was assisted by Pat Mamane, the lady called me back and she told me that the laptop is not in stock. My question is that why do you continue to advertise the same laptop in May y'ello deals when you know that you don't have it in stock. I need that laptop urgently. </p>
