Poor Customer Service

Order with MTN, Ref no: ***, refers. Good day, I refer to the above reference number on my order that was placed on the 30th of June, after receiving weekly catalogs from MTN. Up to date I was unable to get hold of anyone at the MTN store where I have app**** and the staff from the other store in Centurion Mall centre didn’t want to assist me and totally *********** since the incompetency, totally rude!!! I am so glad I am not a MTN customer and this explain why I have been with Vodacom for the last 25 years! So just to summarize, PLEASE KEEP YOUR CONTRACT TO YOURSELF AND CANCEL THE ORDER NUMBER BELOW, I WILL NOT ACCEPT IT!! Yello Customer!! Your Order has been Created with Order Ref no: ***.
