Poor customer service at Mtn carlton center

Tomorrow will be my fifth visit to the Mtn store in carlton center Johannesburg, its been two weeks of me attempting to do a sim swap, I have all the relevant documents, paid the activation fee and I still haven't gotten my number. I was told it will be active the next s Day but four days later activation that I paid for is still not done
