Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Complaint

I am very disappointed with MTN’s customer service. My account was handed over to Nebut, and I paid the outstanding amount in full. A settlement letter was also issued, but my MTN profile still shows that I owe money. I have contacted both MTN and Nebut, but they keep referring me to each other without resolving the issue. This is frustrating and unacceptable. I need MTN to update my account and resolve this matter urgently.
