Poor customer service and products

I have been calling or trying to call mtn customer service on 083135 with no success. I have spent R150 of my own money being bombarded with mtn product ads instead of having my query heard. All I wanted to do was update my debit details but nooo, I must keep listening to ads. When I eventually get through 4 hours later and 6 attempts I am met with inaudible customer service and have to repeat myself multiple times. I am told they cannot assist me and that I must go to a branch. I then ask for technical to which I am promptly told they have knocked off. MTN has to be the worst customer service provider. I've been complaining about their internet connection for the past three years and there has been no change. Same problem, same excuses.
