Poor customer service and overcharging.

I have a contract with mtn to deduct R205 every month yet for the past three months they have been over charging me. Today they deducted R1012 from My account and now I cannot speak to any consultant. How do you move from R205 to R390 to R540 to R1012 on consecutive months. I am not even receiving my statements. Our contract ends here. I am stopping this deductions.
