poor customer service and no assistance with contracts.

I got a contract phone 5 days ago and I'm not receiving verification sms's from my applications. I'm struggling to get basic assistance to set up this phone. I've called MTN they didn't help and I went to the Bayside, Cape Town branch and I also received no assistance. I would not advise getting a contract with them!
