Poor customer service and network issue

I loaded a 15 from my bank account on the 10/03/2017 and thereafter I went on to load a 50 meg rush hour data bundle I then proceeded to connect to the internet only to find that my remaining R10 airtime was beeing deducted instead of the 50 megs from the rush hour bundle. I then called 808 on the 11/03/2017 at 07:22 am and spoke to a agent who said I should call 1555 as the problem is with my phone .I explained to her that I frequently load the rush hour bundle and this is the first time that my airtime is being deducted instead of the rush hour bundle. She went on to say that the problem is with my phone.I then asked to speak to her supervisor whos name is apparently Fezile. He said to me that there has been network problems with the rush hour bundles. He went on to say that he would escalate my query. He said it should be sorted out by the end of the day. I then phoned the following day the 12/03/2017 and spoke to a agent by the name of Ntombi I explained to her my story she then said but there is no supervisor by the name of Fezile. I then asked to speak to her supervisor whos name was Siphesihle Vilakazi he confirmed that there is no Fezile in Mtn 808 that is a supervisor. So in otherwords my query was not escalated and someone had impersonated a supervisor. Maybe i am the only one quering my R10 that was deducted instead of my data bundle how many of the other millions of subscribers are also affected thet are not posting on hellopeter. I am not even bothered about the R10 but the fact that my query initially was not escalated due to the fact that there is no Fezile that supposedly does not work as a supervisor and yet I spoke to someone claiming by that name. I hate dishonesty especialy since I am a loyal customer . I Know I am a drop in the ocean or maybe mtn does not need customers like me . Just remember MTN a river begins with one drop and so does a flood.
