POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIDDEN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

It is so easy to get into a contract with them, when the contract is over they try to force you continue on a "month to month" basis forever; or to either pay for another month without using the service for them to consider cancelling. you will jump through so many hoops being transfered from one department to another, dealing with rude call center agents and no one will assist you. The customer service is way below par, in the gutter i tell you. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. So easy to get into a contract but not to get out.
