Poor customer service and communication

As a contract customer of mtn I am disappointed at how they handle my account. I made a EFT payment to them used the reference number provided by them and they still did not assign my payment to my account. They close off my phone without talking to me, they do not check their account portal for payments received they just switch off. This is not the first time. I am upset. Customer service is extremely poor.
