Poor customer service
Unhappy with MTN service. I have been sending emails for them to confirm that they have received the devices I have return, for cancellation. MTN is messing up my credit record. MTN send me an item with no coverage when a consultant clearly told me they is. I’m unhappy with MTN service. Poor poor poor customer service.
