POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Mtn is ridiculously poor when it comes to service to customers, ordered from them 13 May 2021, there was no communication from them at all, I massaged them via Facebook and I was told they will contact me.

Today I received feedback that does not even make sense to me about ASN D28 I have been calling since morning to ask what does it mean and no one has been able to answer me... I have been even trying to call and cancel my order still no help... I want help to just cancel if I cant get my order. This is just stupid and totally inconsiderate.

MTN sucks!!!
